Provider Portal
The provider portal provides 24/7 access to claim status, EOB’s, eligibility, precertification requests, and more.
The secure provider portal offers tools to make it easy to do business with us and help manage our members' health care needs.
Access to the secure portal requires an initial registration by your organization for your staff and/or third-party billing team.
To register your organization initially you will need you VBA Gateway Registration Code. To obtain your VBA organization’s VBA Gateway Registration code, please contact our Customer Service Department at 877-585-8480.
After you have obtained your organization’s VBA Gateway Registration Code log on to www.myperformancehlth.com, go to My Plan, Web Access Login, Register & Enroll, Select Provider, Complete the Registration form.
Once you have completed the Registration form you will be emailed a link to confirm your Registration.
Click on the link and you will then have immediate access to the Provider portal. Remember you will only need your registration code this one time to set up your account. Once your account has been created you will only need your login and password.
