    • Not all employer health plans cover every medication manufactured by the pharmaceutical companies.
    • Medication formularies are different for every health plan and every employer. 
  • Medication Assistance Advocacy Services

    • MyRxHelp is an independent service staffed by Nurse Advocates specializing in medication access and supports Employers whose members need help obtaining medications that are not included on their health plan. MyRxHelp uses a wide network of resources and personal service for Employer health plan members. 
    • The goal of MyRxHelp is to work together with the member to help them obtain non-covered medications from pharmaceutical company sponsored programs.  
    • The MyRxHelp Nurse Advocates are specialists in providing self-insured employers personal support services for members. 
    • The MyRxHelp Medication Assistance Advocacy service is not a replacement for a member’s current health care coverage. It is designed to work in tandem with current medication coverages.  Sometimes a medication isn’t covered, and the MyRxHelp Nurse Advocates step in to help.
  • About Our Nurse Advocates

    A MyRxHelp Nurse Advocate will:

    • Speak directly with the member regarding their prescribed medication
    • Evaluate all possible avenues to access the medication if it is not covered by their Employer health plan. 
    • Work directly with the member to access prescription assistance programs, including helping with forms and documentation.
    • With the member’s authorization, Nurse Advocates work together with the member’s physician, primary care provider, or prescriber to ensure the applications are accurate and complete and provide follow up.

  • Who is eligible for MyRxHelp Medication Assistance Advocacy services?
